We also collect personal information about you for the purposes of adverse event reporting and in order to comply with our obligations under the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct, where we will publicly report, by healthcare professional name, all transfers of value made by us to healthcare professionals.
You understand that information relating to an adverse event regarding one of our products will be forwarded to our Patient Safety department and possibly to health authorities, when required. You consent to our Patient Safety department contacting you for further information regarding any adverse event that is identified.
